Hangout Music Festival is held each year during the third full weekend in May - the weekend before Memorial Weekend. The festival is a 3 day event that takes place on the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama located at the public beach access in Gulf Shores where Highway 59 ends and intersects with Highway 182/Beach Road.
The festival attracts thousands of people featuring over 100 artists. The venue has multiple stages, food, drinks, ferris wheel, pools, lockers, margarita bar, etc. This is an event for adults. You must be 18 or older to attend. If you want to bring your children, they are welcomed, but must have a ticket and be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 10 (no more than two, accompanied by parent) get in free.
The Hangout offers a pre-paid shuttle service to the festival each day from various locations throughout the area. Parking near the festival is extremely limited.
