It sits directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, The Hangout, Pink Pony Lounge, and the Gulf Shores Public Beach. Mikee's Seafood and Picnic Beach Restaurant are both directly behind Beachview. It consists of 50 condos built in 1995 with mostly small efficiency units. The condo's prime location is one of its best attributes. There is some covered parking for smaller cars. No trucks or SUVs are allowed and will not fit under the parking garage entrance. Parking for larger vehicles is beside and behind the complex.
