Unit 301a was absolutely perfect for my husband and myself. The king size bed was comfortable and we loved having a patio on both ends of our condo. The people in the building are super friendly and it’s in a nice quiet area. When it’s too windy to be on the beach, the pool area is perfect.

This was the best place for a Fall Break getaway for my husband and I! It was perfect for two people and had everything we needed. The views were great and the access to the beach was convenient. The only problem we had was that the cable had been disconnected and we could not watch the college football games at night. We would definitely stay there again though!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean, smelled amazing, AC worked great, bed was so comfortable! Staff was very friendly! Having a view of the bay and ocean was just an added bonus.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and up to date. Unlike some rentals, only had a couple of requests for check out. We don't use any of the amenities from the complex, but they have a pool, hot tub, grills, and boat docks and ramps on site. Highly recommend this unit.

The location was the best part the room was just okay the pull out sofa had a cover on the mattress and it was dirty with blood and black spots. That was really the only thing though everything else was okay.

Cozy one bedroom unit just across a quiet two lane street from the beach. View of the Gulf from the balcony. Unit was spotless clean and nicely decorated. Unit has basics for cooking simple meals. Less than a minute walk to the beach-closer than some of the giant complexes that are beach front. Excellent for a couple with small children. Nice pool, hot tub, tennis courts and boat docks in the back of the property. Parking was plentiful.

We like the location being, on a two lane road versus 4 lanes and that it is a smaller condo building. Plenty of parking and have across the street beach access.

Everything was perfect, accommodations, weather, and food. Caught tons of fish off the pier, and no sunburn !!!

This place is so clean and nice. We enjoyed it very much. I have three children 13, 10, and 7. They absolutely love it here! The pool and the hot tub are very well kept and clean! This was our 4th stay in this condominium!

The size of the rental was just right for a 2 week stay. Appreciate the road being down to 2 lanes. Quieter, less traffic, yet conveniently situated to get to where we wanted to go easily and within close rang to where we wanted to go. Unit was clean, in good working order and nicely decorated. The condo was very nice and just right for a short vacation. We had access to the for my grandson to do some fishing. The pool and hot tub was very nice. And private access right across the road to the beautiful Gulf.
The condo it’s self was very nice and clean. All and all great memories were made. Will be back to stay here again.

Very good. condo was very comfortable. Liked the location. on quieter side of Gulf Shores. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Great that condo had private access to the beach. Overall, the entire condo building was maintained well, the check-in staff were very nice and helpful.

This was our 2nd stay in 301A in 3 years. It was just as neat, clean, and maintained as the previous visit. I like that it's right at the top of the steps. The building does have some new elevators now, and that is nice. The beach is MUCH narrower than it used to be, and that made it much more crowded. We probably won't be back next year because of that. Hopefully that will be repaired soon. But the unit and the building remain AWESOME. We've stayed at the Surf and Racquet club for nearly 10 years. When the beach is restored, we'll be back.

We came to visit my parents who have been staying at GSSR for many years. It’s very quiet, great view, and easy access to the beach even with being across the road. The room was very comfortable and updated. The 2 balconies were a great place to spend time. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, easy walk to beach. TV in bedroom didn’t work. Furniture in living room could use updating. Overall clean. Check in process is confusing. Not sure why you have to go to another location to pick up keypad code.
