We enjoyed our stay at Island Tower 802 condo. Check-in and check-out was easy. Location to restaurants and retail was great and the unit bedroom layout was perfect for us. The unit was clean and well stocked. Views from the bedrooms were outstanding. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We definitely want to return in the future!

Pd $4000.00 for wk,air cond wasn’t working when we arrived, when contacted the rental company wanted to know if it was an emergency, (July no AIR??) 2 renters were on oxygen.Floors were filthy, sleeper sofa was broken and Unusable had to buy Air mattress kitchen was ill equipped. Never again!!

We had a great stay. The condo was great with no issues what so ever. With 3 rooms per floor it was no. Use at all. Great location close to everything.

We enjoyed waking up every morning to the breathtaking view! We loved eating breakfast out on the balcony while watching dolphins swim by. The condo was immaculate. Thankfully, it was walking distance to many shops and restaurants as we didn’t want to drive in the crazy traffic. Parking at the condo was very tight. However, I would absolutely recommend this condo to a friend and hope to return in the near future!

Love having a Keurig. The jetted tub was nice.
The balcony and windows provided a great view. We saw dolphins.
Parking in the same building with one elevator was handy. Location was good. Beach access was good.

Overall good, few suggestions: Keypad lock instead of keys, another trash can in master bath, ice dispenser not working.

It was the worse stay we have ever had in gulf shores and will not stay with this management co. or this condo again. Spideer webs in every corner of every room. No directions for tv's nor any batteries in remotes that worked. Microwave did not work. Walls along baseboards torn up all around condo.Many other problems and did not even car or would not do anything for me. Took one person who had never been and told her it would be wonderful and she cried at spider in closet and nothing but black hairs and spider webs with dust behind bathroom door. Another person with me was Air Force and rarely gets to go on a vacation and was upset that we all could not watch tv in living room due to no instructions. This is totally uncalled for. Should have enough respect for you gests to have instructions for every tv.

My family and I have been coming to the area for nearly 20 years. For 17 of those years, beginning in 2004, my sisters (five of us), our daughters, granddaughters, nieces and one lone nephew would visit Orange Beach for 7 days. We called our trip "AGAS" - All Girls and Stephen (Stephen is now assistant golf pro at Pebble Beach). We didn't let hurricanes (if all was safe) or the great oil spill stop us from coming. As a matter of fact, each year we had custom t/shirts - during the oil spill, it read - "Oil won't spoil AGAS 6!". The average number of family members was between 10 and 15. Our last big vacation was in 2019. In 2020, our oldest sister . . .our "Leader of the Pack" passed away (not virus related), and then, of course, there was the virus, so we did not make our annual pilgrimage. We also missed one other year due to family circumstances. Now, the "littles" are all grown and spread out from NY to CA. This year, there were four of us. When searching for a condo, I knew we couldn't stay at the one we always stayed at due to their 7 day requirement. I found Island Tower in Gulf Shores. A beautiful unit on the 8th floor and booked it immediately for our five day stay. We were absolutely thrilled with our condo. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with 3 b/r and 3 baths - each bedroom with a King size bed. The balcony was enormous!!! It was as wide as the 4/br unit we used to stay in. The beach was gorgeous, and the days we were there 9/14 - 9/18, the weather was beyond perfect. We had a fabulous time together. It was just what we each needed . . .a respite from the hectic pace of our lives. If we ever get back to the previous "AGAS" numbers, we'll have to rent the entire 8th floor!!!!

We enjoyed our winter in IT 802. Comfortable well equipped unit & nicely decorated. Disappointed that the fitness room was closed (due to water damage) the entire time- but otherwise very pleased. Gulf Shores Rentals we're great to rent through- very easy process & very helpful .

Lovely Unit, it was our second time renting. The view was perfect. Loved having two master bedrooms with a view. Nice size for our two families. Property service was so easy to rent with.

Great location, spacious apartment, and well stocked. Only complain was the cleanliness. One of the toilets was dirty and floor board in one of the bathrooms looked moldy and rotted. Elevator and hallways were not kept clean. Overall, apartment was nice and I would rent again.

Beautiful view, lots of room for two families. Nicely decorated, but not a lot of clutter to have to constantly watch children.
Nice big kitchen area, there were 2 cooks in the kitchen together a lot. Well stocked with day to day items you needed.
Could use a little sprucing up, paint etc.

Condo was very nice. Upon arrival the unit was not very clean. Keurig was dirty, sand on both sofas, chip & cookie crumbs on floor under sofas & ottaman. Front door latch is in very poor shape. Suggest replacing with a keypad unit. For a condo described for 10 people it was very inconvenient to only have two keys!

Great location and unit. Loved the large balcony with great furniture on it. Have to suites accessing it was awesome too. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool and gym weren't available during our stay and we missed that note...we were looking forward to those options.

We were very happy with condo, the space was great. We had plenty of China but they were way too big for our taste. The plates were basically too big to put in the dishwasher and so heavy. Pots and pans were great. Too many wine and champagne glasses, took up too much cabinet space. Could use more regular glasses. Lighting was poor, bought brighter bulbs. Could not read a book before. Parking garage was tight. We will be back!
