Floor was filthy. Going barefoot, the bottom of our feet became very dirty right out of the shower. Had to wear shoes or our feet turned black. Chair rental company completely blocked off the beach with their stuff. I put my chairs and umbrellas (2) up at daylight. The guy setting up got their umbrella so close that when they opened it, it was overhanging mine by 2’. I tried asking him to move it a bit and he went to screaming at me. I called 911 and 2 officers came out. I wound up moving my stuff. The trip went south from there. Someone put a 3’ scratch down the side of my vehicle. There are 49 units on this side with only 35 parking spaces. Each unit is allowed two permits, you do the math! We, and several other vehicles had to park on the grass out by the road. Not one person has offered to refund anything. Never again here......

Our week was great. Our condo was fair. This is our 5th time staying at Lei Lani. The unit was clean, but it needed some attention! The sheets on the master bed did not fit! It was like they had used a queen fitted sheet on a king bed. The a/c thermostat was difficult to operate. It stormed several times while we were there and the wind was coming through the closed patio doors, they need resealed. The beach was beautiful and overall our stay was great. We will be coming back!

Lovely, peaceful location
Comfortable balcony to watch many dolphins swim by daily, marred only by constant smokers who violated the no smoking policy and no recourse for us but to go inside all the time.
We always expect cold nights in February but the sliding patio door in main bedroom leaked so much cold air that the drapes moved a lot! We did need to turn heat on to offset the cold bedroom.
The toilet paper holder in main bath kept falling off. If these items are corrected, Lei Lani would be more comfortable for a 13 night stay.
We have rented via Gulf Shores Rentals over the year with high success. This property did not seem to fit their high standard that we associate with their name. We would not recommend this property at this time.

We love Orange Beach! Have been coming for many years! Our unit at Lei Lani was very clean and comfortable although for a longer stay a couple of comfy chairs would have been nice. Kitchen was very nice and well equipped! Balcony was wonderful with beautiful view of the beach. Easy access upon arrival! Property management communication was great. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a good quiet time. The condo was just what we expected and so close to the beach. The only problem, which was not their fault is someone was smoking on one of the other balconies and it came into ours. I have sensitive lungs and was having a flare up and this did not help.

The property was nice, great beach views from our unit. The unit needs a deep cleaning but bathroom fixtures, beds and floors were clean. Mattress was good. The unit living area furnishings need to be updated. They are not only outdated but beyond gently used. The coffeemaker which uses K- cups needs to be replaced. This unit is across from elevators and one of the bedrooms is on elevator side. So - I would rate the unit "ok". We've rented condos and houses from this management company for years. Their service is very good. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

We loved our rental! The condo was spacious, and we were so happy with how big the balcony was. It was perfect for breakfast with a beach view! The past part? We were ocean side, so we just went down the elevator, and we are at the beach! The location is convenient to our favorite restaurants and shops! I highly recommend the stay!

The condo was in a great location and has great views, but it was very musty smelling when we arrived. There was so much dust on the closet doors, you could see where people would run their finger down the slats. There was dust coming out from around the water heater closet door, and cobwebs hanging from the popcorn ceiling. I doubt it's had a good cleaning in months since the walls were also dirty and there was lipstick lip prints where somebody looked out the doors peephole. Kitchen cabinets are bad, needing updating. 2 light switches were missing. No handles on cabinets. It could be a great condo with a lot of TLC.

The location on the beach of this condo can’t be beat! The balcony is a great size but was dirty and the chairs outside have seen better days. The condo is fine and served the purpose, but I was expecting better based off the pictures and price paid. When we walked in it smelled very musty and the huge light in the kitchen was broken and there were pieces of plexiglass on the floor that we cleaned up. The beds were so uncomfortable it felt like we were lying on bricks. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and felt dingy. The vertical blinds were missing in important places to keep sunlight out. I did not call the rental company because there was really nothing anybody could do to make it better. Nicer furniture and updated furnishings would be nice, but I get it....when some people rent they don’t care for your things they way you do so I am sure that’s hard to do.

This is the perfect area for relaxation. As the week got closer to the weekend this specific complex got a little busy & loud. During the week it was nice & quiet. I love renting from Gulf Shores Rentals, the App is so handy & user friendly. They always strive to make things easy
