Needed dusting. Dust was thick in bathrooms. Blankets were stained. Stove drawer fell off when we opened it and was hard to fix. Air did not seem to work properly. The sliding door in the front bedroom did not work. The closet door in the master bedroom was off the hinges and did not work. None of the bedrooms tv remotes worked. All
If the light bulbs were unscrewed and had to be screwed in before we could turn on the lights. Master Barron sink molding was falling
Off. Stains/dirt in the shower. Some of the dishes looked dirty and not well cleaned. We battled Fruit flies/nats the whole visit. Saw a few roaches upon arrival.

Condo is in a great location with a large open layout. Property was clean but appliances need replacing and the paint could use a refresh as both are rather warn.

This year was just okay! Too much construction with not much privacy. Should have had a discount. Lock on door should be replaced. Hard time getting in and out. Also refrigerator has a lot of problems. Did have a few other concerns that were corrected while we were there. We will be returning next year for 2 months..

We came to the beach not to clean but relax and unfortunately that wasn't the case. My mom hasn't been to the beach in 10 years and this was her surprise trip. I contacted rental agency and received a response the next day after we had to clean. Still waiting on the correct "department" to contact me. Although the walk to the beach was very short which was great. Security guards are so friendly. Check in process was very easy.

The view alone is worth the stay! The VRBO offered plenty of space for our family. I was happy to find the space was clean. I also felt more relaxed because the VRBO also had a "lived in" feel so I didn't feel so anxious about every little movement afraid of leaving marks on the floors or walls. The Master Bedroom, the bed was fine, the bathroom was wonderful, I would recommend some darkening shades because the light outside the balcony keeps the room illuminated all night and the sun shines in first thing. The appliances in the kitchen could use some TLC but we were not on vacation for a renovated kitchen. The access to the beach and pool were really convenient. We found a bin in the parking garage of beach play stuff to use like buckets and shovels. I would also recommend upgrading to a keycode vs a physically key to get into the door.

Check in was so easy, as well as the online checkout. The location could not be any better. Mere feet from the pool and beach. With that being said, the unit itself is very outdated and needs an extensive cleaning. The toilet was stopped up in the master bath. Took two trips by maintenance. The appliances need to be replaced. The dishwasher is rusted and eroded. The drawer in the refrigerator broke and could not be used. The stopper for the sink did not work well at all. The furniture needs to be updated badly. It is definitely old and not very comfortable. I would stay at Ocean House again, just not this unit.

The condo needs some major TLC. It has not been updated in years. The appliances are old (the fridge doesn’t close well). The furniture is stained, bedding old. It is not being cleaned well (there were cookies and other food items under tables and chairs. I did a thorough cleaning when we arrived. The dryer has several settings that don’t work. Kitchen not well equipped and the silverware looked dirty. We washed before using. The container silverware housed in dirty. We were reluctant to use any dishes. The condo was roomy and the view wonderful. The air conditioner worked ok.
