Great condo for two couples!

The location is perfect and we especially love the balcony view of the Gulf. The two king beds and two bathrooms makes it ideal for two couples. The living area is spacious and has comfortable seating. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect family vacation condo

Watched dolphins play every morning! Only thing is floor needs a really good cleaning. Our feet would get dirty walking on bare floor. But other than that , perfect, Would definitely stay and even request the same place, just keep our flip flops on :)

Relaxing Stay

Being on the 9th floor was great. The view was wonderful and the breezes kept it comfortable without all the noise. My one complaint would be that the tile floors were not clean. We had to buy slippers to wear because our feet were black after walking on the floors. The floors need to be mopped not just swept.
It was our first trip to Gulf Shores & it was perfect!

Nice unit. Dated condo

The condo still uses keys. The entry door to our unit has quite a bit of rust. So we had to overcome the bad first impression.
And we did. Unit was a bit dated but clean with nice homey, beachy touches. Beds are comfy. We loved the balcony! Pool was closed for work. Didn’t bother us but if that’s important you may want to check. Easy check in and out process.

Condo on the Sand

There was a boardwalk, a shower and area to leave your flip flops. Our condo at Ocean House had plenty of towels, paper towels, and tissue. It appeared to be very clean at a glance, but the floor was gritty. (Not uncommon in my experience.) The deck was roomy and had a lovely view, the king beds were comfortable and the condo was decorated nicely. I will say, I saw lots of retirees and no partying groups and few families. These condos are perfect for two couples or a couple of friends. I would stay here again.

When walking barefoot on the tile floors our feet were black so we had to always wear sandals. Also the problem with the keys was a pain. Once a locksmith was called we were given the correct keys, all was very satisfactory.

Condo was decorated lovely but the floors were filthy upon our arrival, popcorn under chairs, shampoo left in the shower, sliding glass doors with fingerprints obviously hadn’t been touched. Elevators not regularly cleaned as well as the pool was neglected most of the week.

Ocean House #1905 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 9th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms have King beds.
Ocean House I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. King, King, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at the guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
