It was clean, comfortable, great view, beds were fine, plenty of kitchen supplies. I can't think of one thing I wish they would have had. It was a comfortable stay.

The condo owner needs to update the pictures of the unit. The pictures now show a leather rocking chair that is no longer there, and I was looking forward to using.Also the ugly blue paint is gone and the unit is nicely painted. I might suggest the owners add a keriq coffee maker like a lot of other units have. Also a knife sharpener as the knifes were very dull. Renters need to bring cone shape coffee filters as the unit description doesn't specify and we brought round ones. Luckily some other renter left some cone filters in the cabinet. Now the pros; the balconly view is great although at night we had difficulty sitting on it at night due to another unit renters smoking marjuana forcing us back into the unit. The balconly has glider chairs that are wonderful and a high chairs & table. The unit was mostly clean with some sand noticed in the floor upon arrival and the beds were very firm which I liked.The weather was high winds that shut down the beach 2 days with some rain. No lifguards are present except when they come by in a jeep a few times a day. Next year I believe I will return to South Carolina beaches. The chair rentals are outrageous as 2 chairs & umbrella is $45 a day with reduced prices if you rent for extra days!

Clean unit bed was comfortable but the unit is VERY cramped because of having to much furniture in every room. Bathroom VERY small needs to be updated. View and location was good close to restaurant's. THE UNIT NEEDS UPDATED way to much furniture everywhere.

I got a very not nice ticket because I was barely over the line in the parking said they could tow my car for this and I did not appreciate this at all.I was only over the line to prevent hitting the door on the other side of me when I opened the door. I do not pay rental money to be threatened like this by a rent a cop feeling his power.Otherwise the room was great and your staff was very helpful.

Had ac and dryer problems at first but were resolved asap. Nice condo. Love the short distance to the beach. Stayed here before and will stay here again.

Sand alll over the floors, we cleaned the bathrooms before we used them, and one bedroom was littered with empty bottles and candy wrappers. I would find better Rental Companies and housekeeping. Once we got it cleaned, we enjoyed it very much. 5 stars to the owner.

Vacation stay was good and we love the location of the Ocean House condos, as this is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed in them. This was the first time in Ocean House 2702 condo. The water did not work in the kitchen sink when we arrived, but we called and maintenance came and fixed the problem promptly. In our opinion, there was entirely too much furniture and just general stuff in the condo, it felt very cramped compared to other condos with the same floor plan. There was so much furniture it was hard to move around with any comfort at all. We will stay in Ocean House condos again, but we won't stay in this one due to it feeling so cramped.

We have always had a good experience with Gulf Shores Rentals. They ensure that all communication is sent well in advance. They make it very easy to pick up and drop off any paperwork or keys. We are almost always able to check in early on the day of arrival which is a huge plus.

Unit, location, and management were very good.. Dirty towel in master tub when we arrived. Three of the four bedside lamps needed new bulbs and smoke alarm needed replacing. Owner should invest in a dustpan and perhaps an extra roll of toilet paper.

This impromptu vacation turned into a great family experience. The location is perfect for all the GulfShores restaurants, grocery stores, etc.! The condo was clean and comfortable - a little outdated furniture, TV, & amenity wise - but functional. The boys (15 & 13) loved the easy access to the pool and beach. We loved being able to watch them both from our balcony when we weren’t with them. Would be willing to return or refer to friends mostly due to beach access and location to amenities at Gulfshores!
