Very nice property. Kitchen and master bath need updating. Need new appliances in the kitchen (low end refrigerator and stove) and get rid of the ReBath Jacuzzi tub/shower. These were the only issues I had, especially the tub. Front door know needs to be replaced.

We stayed there the week of 4th of July so we paid a very hight rate and it wasn’t really worth it.

Cons: This condo was very dated and the couch was pretty uncomfortable because there was plywood under the cushions. The kitchen was also very limited in what you had to cook with. And this place needs a deep clean for sure, there is built up dirt in ALL the corners and the showers need to be cleaned! The shower head also fell off because it was TAPED on but it was fixed the next day. The air conditioning also kept shutting off because the drain needed to be cleaned out. And it would usually happen the most at night so it was pretty warm in there.

Pros: it’s right on the beach, had a nice pool, and was pretty large. Also the beds are comfortable and so were the pillows. They also gave you a good about of bathroom towels.

We loved it! We have stayed at Ocean House many times but this corner condo was the best. No problems at all. Loved the loser with the beach items to use. Saved us , I forgot my umbrella. I have a couple of good beach items I am gonna bring and donate next trip.

Air conditioning vents had mold needs deep cleaning jet tub in master bathroom had mold also had trouble finding guard to get parking passes after several calls no answer called the lady I booked the condo with she was very helpful and did everything she could to help .

First time staying in this condo but 13 years staying at Ocean House. The Condo was nice and very clean. All doors worked properly and especially liked not having to worry about a key to get in. Beds and living room furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything that was needed. We plan on booking this condo for Spring Break 2023!

The condo was perfect. My only complaint is that ocean house does not allow tents on the beach and we were not made aware until we got in the elevator and they had a paper posted.

Very spacious. Everything was clean. View was gorgeous and place was cozy. Ran out of toilet paper and remotes were hard to figure out for the tv. But that’s okay.

All the people we have come across have been friendly and relaxed. Plenty of room with great beds. Check out Murphy bed and sofa bed.

WEVE STAYED AT OCEAN HOUSE CONDO THRU GULF SHORES RENTALS FOR YEARS NOW. WE LIKED TO STAY TWO WEEKS AT A TIME. SOMETIMES MORE WHEN WE CAN GET IT. WE LIKED IT MORE THAN ANY OTHER CONDO WEVE STAYED IN BUT THE LAST THREE VACATIONS HAVE BEEN NIGHTMARES. SOME ELEVATOR PROBLEMS, 3 YEARS AGO THERE WAS A SHOOT OUT BETWEEN THE POLICE AND A GUY WHO THEN JUMPED TO HIS DEATH FROM THE 8TH OR 9TH FLOOR COMMITING SUICIDE. WE WERE FORCED TO STAY IN OUR ROOM FOR THE HOLE NEXT DAY DURING THE INVESTIGATION. LAST YEAR HURICANE SALLY WAS COMING IN AND NO EVACUAION ORDERS WERE GIVIN WHICH MENT WE WOULD LOOSE OUR MONEY IF WE LEFT EARLY. SALLY TURNED AND CAME INTO GULF SHORES. NO POWER AND NO WATER. TWO DAYS LATER AFTER THE WATER OVER THE ROAD WENT DOWN THEN WE WERE ASK TO LEAVE. OUR VEHICLE HAD ABOUT $6,000.00 in body damage. WE WERE ONLY REIMBURSTED FOR THE TIME LEFT ON OUR STAY AFTER WE LEFT. THIS YEAR WE MADE RESERVATIONS TO GO BACK TO OCEAN HOUSE BUT AFTER IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL AND GET OUR MONEY BACK WE GOT AN EMAIL FROM GULF SHORES RENTAL SAYING THAT THE POOL AND POOL AREA WOULD BE CLOSED DURING OUR STAY. DUE TO SAND IN THE POOL AND POOL AREA AND NO REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE GIVIN. WE DECIDED TO GO ANYWAY BECAUSE WE DIDNT WANT TO LOSE OUR MONEY. THERE WERE DAYS THEN NOBODY WAS WORKING ON THE POOL AND DAYS WHERE ONLY 1 OR 2 WERE WORKING. VERY DISAPOINTING. WE LEFT TWO DAYS EARLY.

We had a great visit to Gulf Shores. The place was clean and perfect for our group! The balcony is such an amazing spot for sitting and hearing the waves and even enjoying watching the “wildlife”. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants or a short drive. Great beach stay!

Great family spot! Good location and great beach access. The kids (ages 5 and 9) loved the pool as well and could get up to the room and back without our help. All and all a great spot for our first time to Gulf Shores.
