No steps to the beach

Water and beach was great the whole week we were there. The condo building is older and had drainage issues when it rained. One of the two elevators went out a couple of days before we left so it made for a difficult checkout for sure. Maintenance needs to step it up on this building but the location was a delight.

Fun vacation

The bed upstairs however, was like sleeping on a box spring... very comfortable. We also do wish there was a broom in the rental to help with sand control from the beach. The elevator needs updating as well as the door closed so quickly it wouldn’t even stop for an arm out. Overall it was a nice trip and affordable.

Minor negative would be 2 of the 3 bar stools seemed they would break if sat on and the curtains had a weird stain on it. Otherwise, a very positive experience and would definitely rent from here again!

There was construction going on across the property, but it didn't effect us any. I didn't like the elevators so I used the stairs often. My husband didn't mind the elevators though.

Sugar Beach 308 is a two-story condo with a master bedroom and master bath upstairs. The living area, one bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen plus a washer and dryer is all located on the main level. The condo has a view of the tennis court. Located in the center of the building on the east side of the 3rd floor of Sugar Beach Condominiums with approximately 616 sq ft. It's a perfect little getaway. The entire condo has been remodeled with wood-look flooring throughout, the kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances set in granite countertops. Both bathrooms have all tiled showers and new granite vanities. The living room and the master have flat-screen TVs with a queen size bed in the master and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
