The place was clean, it was near all the good spots you would want to go and it is amazing for a nice romantic getaway, you can see the beautiful ocean and beach right off the balcony and you can walk right to it for a relaxing day on the beach!

Everything was fine except that it smelled musty, damp and like mildew. They did have maintenance bring in a dehumidifier that helped some.

The condo was perfect for our family R&R time. We have stayed at this property before and it never disappoints. Enjoyed superb seafood at the Steamer and Desoto's. Visited GT's on the bay in Orange Beach, worth the trip. If God willing, will be back and hope to stay in same condo Thank you Gulf Shores for sharing your beach with us.

I spent the week with my two teenage sons and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Being RIGHT ON the beach was a great change for us. We had been to Gulf Shores twice before and stayed across the street on the Lagoon side. Even though it was close, we still didn't go to the beach much then because of having to haul all our stuff across the street. This was so much better. So easy to be right down there. The unit had all the small appliances and utensils we needed including a vacuum which was invaluable because no matter how hard you try, you are always bringing sand in with you. The beds were fairly comfortable, more on the firm, not plush, side. Pillows were a problem. There were not enough pillows in the unit. There were no extra pillows for the pull-out sofa. The bathrooms need updating. Showing wear and rust spots but otherwise ok. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. Even though it isn't mentioned in the listing, they do have a Keurig coffee maker which was nice. I would stay here again.

The most concerning issue involved a potential health issue which the rental company would not resolve during our time there. The dampness/moisture in the condo, especially the second bedroom plus the musty/mildew odor was unbearable at times. Our clothes and other objects were constantly damp. We were in contact with Gulf Shores Realty almost day for that and a couple other issues. Great lack of communication when following the steps to report problems. No call backs, we had to keep calling. They left us in a bind over the weekend by not calling back. Supposedly they tried to get ahold of owner without results. We feel someone—either the owner or the rental company to offer some monetary compensation. If no response, we will contact the BBB, the health department, realtors assoc, and/or tourism board so that someone takes responsibility for something. Both of us have respiratory issues (COPD, asthma) and the air quality in this condo is a risk for persons with these health issues.

The unit is across from the 6th floor elevator which was great for my disabled wife to help her accessibility. The unit was clean and the kitchen had lots of utensils if you want to cook. The coffee pot uses the K-cups so no need for filters and ground coffee. The LR has a huge flat screen TV. The bedroom oceanfront is a King and very comfortable. Overall an excellent unit but it does have some negatives. The WI-FI was locked and inaccessible. I didn’t contact anyone to see if there was a password but there was none given or shown in the paperwork or premises. The 2 bathrooms have only 1 vanity each so you and your spouse/partner will have to share the one sink for both bathrooms. Since it was only me and the wife I used the bathroom in the first bedroom as you enter the unit. The bedrooms had very small TV’s if you were laying in bed watching Television. Also the 2nd bedroom bathroom had the hot and cold faucets were reversed for both the sink and shower. It took me a couple of minutes to figure it out since the label on the levers are backwards. No big deal just note this if you book this unit and it hasn’t been corrected. The beach access is excellent and the pool was great. The property was clean however the men’s restroom door at the pool would not lock and needed replaced. I reported this to the staff. Overall it is a great place and I rate it highly but it could be a little better. I would stay here again because of the beach accessibility for my wife and location in Gulf Shores.

Our winter spot, January & February and will be back next winter! A well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage options. We appreciated the recliner, although it could use an upgrade as well as the master mattress and dining chairs. A prepaid parking permit and keyless entry would be appreciated.

Great place to visit, rental was everything it was advertised to be. Just bring your clothes, tanning lotions, beach towels and have fun! Condo does not have black out curtains in bedrooms, so bring eye mask.

Was disappointed. Our stay in this unit 2 years ago was immaculate, however, this time there was a lot of peeling paint, leaky faucets, dirty and musty smelling furniture, wet spots on our bed that soaked all the way through to the mattress, and the pool was nasty. We do not plan to stay here again.

We stayed in the same building last year but a different unit. My only issue with this unit was the pull out couch. It was very dirty when you pulled it out so then my son wouldn't sleep there so we were down a bed. But other than that we didn't have any issues.

We had a lovely week. Our condo suited us well. It is centrally located on the beach and near restaurants. It was nicely furnished and well equipped. Management was promptly responsive.

This trip was awesome. The views were absolutely amazing from the sixth floor balcony. The condo was nice and comfortable with all of the kitchen necessities, even a waffle maker.

From the moment we opened the door and saw our cozy, beautifully decorated, inviting home away from home for the next 7 days and up to the time we had to say goodbye, it was such a nice stay for my sister and me. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the parking was safe , the location was perfect. Gulf Shores made it easy to check in and out. When maintenance was called someone was there within 10 minutes. The only drawback was that we thought it was a non-smoking facility but people were smoking around the pool, leaving cigarette butts on the ground and there were others smoking on their balcony with the smoke blowing up to our balcony. Would definitely stay in the same condo again.
