We have a baby that crawls and was dirty hands and knees as soon as we got to the room. Great views and super easy beach access. Pools were clean and very fun. There was a place in first floor to store all your wet pool toys

Fantastic Location
Reviewed on 2023-07-25 by , Broomfield, CO USWe were in the area for a national fastpitch tournament at several different venues and chose the location for its amazing beach front and proximity to the highway to Foley. We also needed accommodations for 4 generations as our 90 year old father was excited to see his 16 year old granddaughter play. We were not disappointed, and would love to return.

Furniture and appliances and kitchen ware need to be replaced. Miss not having fans in the bedroom. The condition of the unit I thought it was over priced..

One bedroom had boogers on the wall by the headboard and another had a dirty shower and floor. Those items aside we were relatively happy with the accommodations. We were not able to use the grills due to construction blocking the area so we had to revise out meal plans and we spent almost the whole week looking through blue masking film on the windows and balcony railing due to painting. Kind of spoiled the view that we paid extra for. I could have had a room facing the parking lot if I had known we would not be able to use the balconies for the first half of the week. The doors were taped shut from the outside. Plenty of space for the six of us. Kitchen had almost everything we needed.

The boardwalk to the sand was one level with one step down to the sand. The umbrellas were close to the boardwalk. We all could enjoy the beach!

All the appliances worked well and were clean. The negatives were that the patio lacked a table and the paint was severely pealing on the exterior. Oddly, the sheet in the master bedroom has a large rip. During rainy days, the satellite tv did not work. Therefore we enjoyed the puzzles.

The unit was clean, the property clean and the security guard was helpful. There were a few things In the unit that needed updating, the patio furniture was plastic and slightly warped, the frig older and a little rusty and the dishwasher kept pulling out of its cabinet hole when we opened the door, but all appliances did work just fine. We were missing batteries in a couple of remotes and the Dish box in the front bedroom said it didn’t have a subscription, so that TV was unusable. We did not report those things or I’m sure the rental office would have rectified it as we’ve had excellent experience with them on our last couple stays in Ocean House. I will probably choose a different unit in the future just due to those small details I mentioned.

Reviewed on 2020-07-30 by , Munford, AL United StatesThe condo had a wonderful layout. We really enjoyed the 3 bedroom with 3 bathroom floorplan. The price was very good for the floorplan. The condo needed updating. We were disappointed when we first walked in. The frig had rust spots on the outside and the furniture was older. However, we grew to love the condo. It had 2 large balconies. It was the perfect condo for us and our adult children and their spouses. I would recommend this property.

Surf Side Shores #1606 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. No Sofa Sleeper. King, Queen, Twin, Twin. Sleeps 6.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.
