Our rental was a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo. While the location to the beach was fantastic, the rental property itself needed quite a few updates. For the price you pay for your stay, the interior needs to be improved. We won’t be staying at this particular unit but will stay at Surf Side again. The checkin/check out process was very easy.

Positives: appears new TVs, tile, curtains (need ironing), bed covers appear fairly new
Negatives: Kitchen ware needs updating and there was no big pot to boil shrimp,etc, instructions needed for TVs.

I have stayed at this property several times and I have never given a bad review. The unit I stayed in needs a very thorough cleaning and updating. Furniture in living room needs cleaning. Great location and spectacular views.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Surf Side Shores. Everything was great we had 2 units, 2 Bedrooms and a 3 Bedrooms unit. The size of both units was perfect we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the outdoor pools. We also used the grills to cook out for the 4th of July.
We will definitely be coming back next year!!! Thanks,❤️��

Sufficient room for the 5 of us. Had more than enough dishes,etc. Appreciated the fan since the back corner bedroom gets pretty warm. Everything was worn looking but neat and clean. Fine for a rental. The pool area was nice as well.

Love the location, the beach and the pool. The beds are very comfortable, bedrooms and baths are roomy. Views are spectacular. This unit though needs some serious updates. Drapes are visibly stained, remotes and couches need replacement and the floors need deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and the property management company is fabulous. We had 2 minor maintenance issues and they were there immediately.

Myself and my too daughters expected a clean condo for our vacation. Unfortunately that was not the case as the refrigerator stank, blood and vomit stains on rug, furniture, and pillows. Burn holes in towels and dirty decks just made the experience aweful.

Worst condo experience we have ever had. The location was nice right on the beach, pools nice. Inside condo was filthy. We have rented condos on the beach 2-3 a year for many years. We understand that these are rental properties and things happen but this place needs a DEEP clean and some routine maintenance. There was a huge spill on the rug where whatever had been spilled was all crusty, a panel in the ceiling above the master bath shower falling down, husband rigged so that it would not fall on us while in shower. Was told a when called in about issues that a work order would be put in since that was a safety issue a was there a week no show to fix. Red stains only hoped not blood on curtains. Chunks of drywall missing off wall. Living room furniture very worn and dirty. Like I said we realize that there will be wear and tear on a rental but for the price we paid for this condo it needs an overhaul before it continues to be rented.

The property was nice. Needed some updates. But as far as my rental unit I was very disappointed.. The walls and base boards were very in need of paint. Remotes needed batteries. Curtains were very wore out. I called about the couch and rug being so nasty that they did send a cleaning service to shampoo. But then we couldn’t set on couch for three days. Ceiling tile in bathroom #2 was falling down.. 1701 needs to completely redone up to date furnishing. I booked several

But I will try another unit due to the convenience of this property.

Location was good. Condo was DIRTY!!!. Poorly laid out. Master bath doors were only 24" wide. Don't think that is code by anyone's book. Too many cooking utensils taking up needed storage space in kitchen.
Recliner was in sad shape and needs to be replaced. Sofas have seen better days. Cushions were flat.
We had to clean before we felt comfortable in staying there.

Our condo was a decent, if somewhat, pricey, last minute find. There was a tropical storm, but that didn't, in and if itself, deter our cheerfulness. However, the first 2 calls to maintenance were satisfactory. The 3rd was totally unacceptable. With an inch or more of water standing in the master br, he left and did not return. We called again and security got in touch with a manager. We, my hubs, daughter and her family were moved to 2 seperate units on 2 separate floors b/c all the 3br units had the same problem. At 11:30pm. Request for a partial refund has yet to receive a response.
