The room was clean, conveniently located. On the negative side the electrical outlet on the balcony was pushed in so far it was unusable . The kitchen could use a few more pots.. The towels were very scratchy. But overlooking all of that it was a very nice . when approving the bill, make sure there are the right amount of parking passes. They charge me for two and I only had one vehicle.

This condo was everything we had hoped for in a two bedroom; two bathroom condo. The view was great from the ninth floor. We were high enough to spot dolphins from our balcony. My husband loved that there was a security person on watch when we arrived. The kitchen was supplied with everything, blender, food processor and a hand mixer.
It also has a little storage room on the balcony full of beach chairs, cooler on wheels, and umbrellas, but my husband didn’t want to mess with it, so we rented the beach chairs that were already set up. The rental chairs were a good price. The ocean was free of jellyfish and seaweed. It was a great stay. Would love to stay there again.

Overall it was exactly what we needed. We had an issue with our air and within a hour it was fixed. The condo was cleaned. The he's were comfy. The view was the best. Looking right at the ocean is why we chose this condo

If you are looking for a place on the beach it is here. Howver, if you looking to take a vacation and not be interrupted by kids running up and down the walkway this isn't it. The walls were thin and can hear a lot. If you have a family this is a perfect location for you. And you get the lovely smell of Marijuana on a hourly basis bc someone will be smoking close to you. If you need maintenance be prepared for the maintenance person to ask you several questions and see if you can see what the problem is, instead of just calling and saying hey I am on the way.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Minor maintenance issues were handled promptly as well as prompt responses to texts. Comfy bed and nicely stocked kitchen. Plan to stay again!

The place was great. Everything was as advertised. The only thing I wish I would have known is that pop up tents are not allowed on the section of beach by the condo, only beach umbrellas. The one provided at the condo is small so bring your own or rent one of you want more shade on the beach.

We were on the 9th floor. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. We would set outside in the mornings and watch the schools of fish going by. Then the dolphins would go by. They were in groups and you could see them playing in the water. It was so relaxing and beautiful. We are planning on going back in a few months.

Very pleasent unit. Some thing wrong with unit but not bad. Lack of communication on mantainence repairs. Floors where dirty. Needed a good mopping.

Unit 1902 was spotless. The view from the Master and living area were better than the pictures showed. Both look right at the pool and the beach. My wife loved how it was decorated. The beach was a 30 second walk from the lobby. I cannot say enough good things about the beach area. It was maintained perfectly. You could put your beach chairs right in front of the complex. Plenty of room for whatever beach activities you wanted to do. The pool area was very nice as well. We were very pleased with the ease of getting checking in and checking out . By far the most organized company we have ever dealt with.
My wife and I were so grateful at how nice everyone in Gulf Shores was. Please and Thank you are very refreshing words to hear. There are plenty of things to do in Gulf Shores. The Pier is fantastic. The Parks and beaches were the cleanest we have ever been to. There are plenty of options of places to eat as well. We went to the bar Flor-Bama one night,
it is a short drive and well worth the visit.

Absolutely loved our stay. It was right on the beach and close to everything. Tons of restaurants and attractions. Lots of shopping. It was super clean and nicely decorated. The property’s staff were very friendly and professional.

Clean unit with a high up view. Even with a crowded weekend the beach was not that bad due to fewer large units like other beaches and areas have. The only issue was a single elevator and a very busy weekend made for long waits.

The condo is very outdated. The view was beautiful, but the tv provider needs updating, wifi problems, the hot tub did not work. All remotes needed batteries.
We were told we would receive Wifi password upon arrival, only to find out there was not a password. The bedding was old.
It was not clean upon arrival. Someone had cleaned “at it”.......
Never could find a good reason for hospitality ap except when we checked out, it made that process easier.

The property was a little older but great location and wonderful views. A few down sides no storage for groceries we brought. The hot tubs did not work. The furniture was worn and uncomfortable could use some new.

Our vacation in August was near perfect. Our Condo was on the 9th floor so our view was breathtaking. We shared with friends. We spent many hours enjoying the ocean sounds and the beauty of the full moon. Our accommodations fit us perfectly. It was quiet and very peaceful. Nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Location was outside of all the business of midtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to any eatery or shopping! I give it a 10

Surfside Shores 1902 was a very nice, spacious condo for my family of 5. The location was great - very close to anything you may need or want to do. I was worried about being on the 9th floor and waiting for the elevator but that was never an issue - even with it being the week of July 4th and people not wanting to ride the elevator with others (due to social distancing) - we very rarely waited on one. The condo was so cute and had most everything you could need in the kitchen. The air worked great, the refrigerator worked almost too good - my tuna salad froze! LOL! Also, just FYI, the coffee maker has a pot AND a Keurig. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the tall chairs on the balcony! So convenient to see over the rail to watch for dolphins:) The ONLY real complaint is it would be great to have a keypad to get in to the room - no extra stop to pick up keys when coming into town and no key to keep up with while going to the beach or just out to shop/eat. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again.

The condo met all my expectations. The decorations gave us a home away from home feeling. Our view from the balcony was breathtaking. Checking in and check out was very convenient. The room was ready before 3:00 so we were able to check in and enjoy the beach. We will be returning to this location next year.

Gulf Shores Rentals did an amazing last minute deal finding us an excellent place to stay. The condo was well maintained, clean and great location. The condo was newly updated and staff was super professional.

Location was great, the condo was comfortable and as pictured. The rental company was helpful, efficient, and willing to listen to suggestions for updates and comments. A fish cleaning station for the building would be really beneficial downstairs.
