We vacationed in Gulf Shores for 9 days and stayed at the property. The description was very accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. It was an older condo which was fine with us since we were there for the beach and fun things to do instead of spending a lot of time in the condo. The property was clean and maintained. Every morning staff were at the pool area cleaning up and rearranging from the night before, including the BBQ area. The customer service was great from the moment of booking to the moment of checking out. I would recommend this property and the location was close to fun things to do. The security was to notch as well. We would definitely rent from here again.

When we got there, it was clean. The dryer was not spinning and was locked up but they had it replaced the same day while we were out on the beach. Awesome response to that. Loved the view and the ease of getting in and out of the room to the beach and parking area. It was pricier than I would have liked but I can’t control that. I stayed in a place just like it 9 months ago in OB for 2/3’s the amount I paid this year.

Our rental property was very nice but in need of updating. Accessibility to beach was good and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately we were not informed that the access to the beach from Surfside Shore would be closed the last three days of our stay due to beach restoration. The restoration was announced but the exact dates were unknown. Since our reservation was was made only a month prior to our arrival, I feel we should have been informed of the possibility of beach access being closed from the property. Had I been informed by Gulf Shores Rentals, I may have adjusted my vacation time or property location. When I informed Gulf Shores Rentals I was given an apology where as at least one night rental fee or other compensation should have been granted. I see on Facebook that others who were renting the same week received some form of compensation.

The parking lot, the spots are so narrow, I have an SUV, and there are not enough parking spots. We drove from Missouri, I brought 2 shades for the beach. A pop-up canopy and a Shambui. Only to find out they are not allowed at this part of the beach. 2 condos down to the east, you could have them. I could see many of the same things I brought but beach patrol said we could not have them at our part. I had to go buy the umbrella type. The lady at the store said it is not a Gulf Shores "rule", it is a condo "rule". That was frustrating.

The condo was clean and in a great location. Check in was easy and security was provided on the property. The only negative were the beds. They were very hard for my taste. Everything else was great.

Everything was perfect and exactly what we expected. They rental was very nice, parking was easy to get in and out of, the beach views were stunning. I host was extremely accommodating and answered all questions quickly. We could not be more pleased with our experience. We will be going back and we will book this place!!!

The unit was good as expected. It sits really close to the beachbeach which is great! We enjoyed the apartment and most of all the south facing balcony. The Rental and facility staff were always pleasant and very responsive. I particularly praise Glen the building manager who helped with mail and good counseling. The Gulf Shores Rental folk provided good internet information and new pots and pans, plus a new range hood. We look forward to next year.

The Rental was clean but was not updated as well as I would have hoped for. Great location, just needs updates. Uncertain about recommending until updates were made.

My visit was awesome. The rental was clean and equipped for our use. Did not hear any neighbors. Checking in/out was a breeze.

A great place to stay right on the beach. The one issue we had was fixed promptly. The only drawback was the window in the small bedroom was by the outside light so it was never dark in that room.

Condo as described. A little outdated but as clean as any I’ve stayed at. Great a/c. No sliding doors to rip your fingers off. Double 3 foot doors. One finger open and close. Fast elevator, no problems even on busy week. Great condo.
