No where to hand up clothes. 2nd BR no chest of drawers. Liked the arrangement of beds in 2nd BR. Twin instead of bunks made it able to see out the window. Refrigerator & freezer were missing shelves. Two nice balcony chairs & two unusable chairs. This condo is okay for two people, but not for more than that. We would stay here every year if these issues were taken care of.

It would have been nice to have had a closet in the master bedroom. Master bath is small. Other than that everything was good!

The unit was a corner unit with a great view of those beautiful sunsets. The condo was decorated very beachy which I loved but it needs to updated, some of the outside furniture (2 very nasty chairs need to be thrown away). It had very comfortable beds but the comforters were outdated. The refrigerator had shelves missing and the kitchen faucet needed replacing. Overall the the condo was great. It was also one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Check in and check out was very easy. The condo was very close to everything and we loved our stay there.

The floors were filthy, if you walked on them barefoot your feet were black in minutes. The ceiling fans were covered in filth. The plumbing gurgled!! I would recommend the property, just not this unit, we’ve stay in other units that were spotless.

This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer to reduce the amount of clothes you need to bring.
This is a low density, 40 unit, family oriented complex directly on the Gulf. Many owners use their units exclusively as a 2nd home for family vacations, which makes this location feel more private than other larger resorts.
