It was exactly what was presented to us,it was clean,there were a couple of things that needed attention but it could wait until we left. They offered to fix it immediately but it wasn't necessary. They provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this to everyone. The restaurants were provided excellent food. People were very friendly.

Unit was very clean and in order. Was a little older than I thought it would be, but it was fine. Arrival experience was great. Got the email with the code or text. Not sure. I think it was both but anyway easy entrance and exit very satisfied would definitely do it again.

Great price, great location. Some suggestions: replace the broken dishes (measuring cups), make sure silverware is clean before putting them away. Fix the hole in the ceiling. And make sure the elevators are working properly. The security guard at one point stopped the elevator while we were inside. Vacuum the lint behind dryer filter out. We still had a great time and would love to rent it again if the minor things are taken care of.

The unit is older and could use a refresh with flooring (it is hard to keep the sand cleaned up on the tile and grout). The washer and dryer are so small. I could do 2 beach towels at a time and that was it (they had to dry twice).

It was great having a washer and dryer even though they were mini. We really did not use the pool but there were many families in there throughout our stay.

We did use the play and stay but most of the places did not offer free tickets or discounted, so I would not use that as a deciding factor.

The property was clean and they did provide a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, mini dish soap and sponge, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets and one package of laundry soap, which was nice, which was a surprise from the description. It would have been great to have a spray for the counter top.

The condo could use some repairs: the cabinet doors could use tightening, the left side of the stove didn't seem to work well, there seemed to be a leak in the washer/dryer area and possible mold spot on the ceiling in the hallway by the kitchen. Definitely need a curtain on the bedroom window, it was so bright in there when it was dark out because of the hallway light. There were some tiles missing from the balcony and there is almost no storage for your luggage and clothes.

Check in was earlier than expected which was great since we got to GS early! Condo was well stocked with dishes and towels. View of the ocean was amazing and we sat on the balcony a lot to eat and watch dolphins play! Definitely bring your own toilet paper and toilettes though. And hair dryer!

The condo is pretty good. Not in great shape but was on the beach and very convenient, and it was clean. Almost every other VRBO I have stayed in will have the basics - salt, pepper, trash bags, etc. This place had ONE small roll of toilet paper and paper towels. So that makes for extra stuff you have to purchase at the store, even if you're only there a few days.

It was a good condo for the two of us. The view of the beach and gulf were great, we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and afternoon break on the porch. There was repair work going on, so we had several days of noise. But over all, it was a good stay.

This condo needs a good deep clean on the floors, walls, baseboards etc. We cleaned the doorknobs, faucets and countertops, etc with our own supplies.There was only a pod style coffee maker so we had to buy a regular coffee pot. The elevator smelled so bad we sprayed it with lysol and I noticed the inspection sticker in elevator was expired. I was satisfied with my stay because I love Gulf shores and the location of the condo was good. I never expect them to be very clean and always take cleaning supplies with me. The early(before 10) checkout instructions said to check out by the app or call office to leave a message. Called office at 6:30 am and answering service said office does not open till 8 and they cannot take a message. So was forced to use the app and it took several times to get the APP to work correctly. They need to make it clear on the instructions given that you can only call to check out early if you are calling at 8am or after.The outside of the building needs some paint and sprucing up.

We liked that it was not a crowded complex and access to the elevator was easy. But the front outside and elevator area needs a facelift.

Condo was just okay, cleaning could have been better, I wish these places would do quarterly deep cleaning, the cleaning fees should more than cover. This is an old property and looks like it needs a rehab, next time will stay at a newer and nicer looking place.

Very nice to be able to walk a few steps to parking lot and less to beach. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice size room. Great view. Only complaint is that the elevator had a horrible smell. Would recommend that a small table/shelf be added to bathroom and also a table for patio.

An incredible view off the balcony. We had a small issue with the light in the bathroom, but maintenance came in minutes and fixed the problem. Excellent service. The condo is comfortable and clean. A fantastic week.

Happy with the rental unit and the location. A little unhappy with the rental company as my father in law passed away while we were there and had to check out a few days early. I am pretty sure the rental company put someone else in there and never checked us out as I got a reminder to check out a few days after we left. Never expected any money back just mad that we would have been financially responsible for any damages. And the fact they couldn’t wait for us to “check out”

My daughters only request for this trip was to stay on the beach with a view of the Gulf. This condo delivers that ! That’s always the first thing we do when we get to our condo is go to the balcony and look out. I stay on the balcony most of the time and take in the breathtaking views. The condo was clean and check in and check out was easy. There were four of us in the unit and it was big enough for us. The bed was super comfy which is a big plus when you are away from home. I can’t really say anything bad. We were pleased with our stay. The location was also great. The pool was a little small but right on the beach. Our two 14 yr olds travelled back and forth from the pool to the beach all day with no complaints. We also used the grill one night. I would recommend this condo if you are planning on staying in Gulf Shores.
